Acu-Cones provide acupressure therapy to the back to relax tight muscles and reduce pain. This kit contains a positioning belt, two small cones for the middle or upper back (dorsal area) and two large cones for the low back (lumbar area). Attach the cones to the belt, then in a sitting position, line up the belt with your spine, so that the cone tips are pointing into the back on each side of the spine. Similar to someone applying deep pressure with their thumbs, lean backward into the cones to feel the acupressure at work. This kit can be used easily at home, in the car or at the office. Use Acu-Cones for 3-5 mintues up to 3 times per day.
